A great many companies offering web-based services do little to help the IT department with implementation. They deliver web sites which are bandwidth hungry, use scripting languages or client side applications that represent real security dangers or need plug-ins or software installations which are hard to roll-out across networks and even harder to maintain and upgrade.

MIM Performance Manager is a pure web system. That means no client side scripts, applets or applications, no plug-ins and no local software installations.

Our minimum requirements are simply:
Microsoft Internet Explorer v5 (or higher)
  or Netscape Navigator v5 (or higher)
A valid e-mail address
Internet access
Screen resolution of 800 x 600 (or higher)

MIM Performance Manager is based on industry standard technologies and has been designed to be both open and transparent. That means if you want to interface with internal systems such as HR or LMS (something few web-based systems can offer), our technical team can offer a simple and cost effective solution.

For larger installations we can also offer to host the system within your own intranet, running on either Windows 2000 Server or Solaris.
